Charles View Ballroom

Host conventions, tradeshows and holiday parties for up to 180 guests in this 16th-floor space. The newly renovated Charles View Ballroom features 2,900 square feet of space with 180-degree panoramic views of Boston and the Charles River through floor-to-ceiling windows. Guests can access this room easily through four glass-enclosed elevators.

Empress Ballroom

Located on the 14th floor, the multilevel Empress Room features 15-foot, floor-to-ceiling windows and two patios, all overlooking the city scape of Boston. The space accommodates up to 130 guests for a formal banquet or a cocktail reception.

Riverside Pavilion

The Riverside Pavilion accommodates up to 180 guests in a beautiful white tent with French windows, ceiling fans, chandeliers and an outdoor garden patio. It is located along the scenic Charles River.

President’s Ballroom

The impressive President's Ballroom provides an elegant, formal setting, complete with expansive pre-function space and an adjoining outdoor garden courtyard. The Ballroom accommodates up to 500 guest for a formal banquet or a cocktail reception.


The courtyard adjacent to the President's Ballroom make a picturesque location for your outdoor events. This space accommodates up to 300 guests.


Ideal for intimate banquets or pre-functions, the Aquarium room makes for a unique and singular pre-event gathering spot. Check-in meeting registrants in this 651-square-foot space or arrange it in a U-shape for up to 20 attendees to encourage an energetic dialogue.

Boardrooms – Charles Sumner, William Garrison, Martin Luther King Jr.

Charles Sumner, William Garrison and Martin Luther King Jr.—offering 364, 338 and 338 square feet, respectively—are designated as permanent boardrooms. Moderate your meeting for 16 in Charles Sumner and 12 in William Garrison and Martin Luther King Jr. Other spaces are perfect for working lunches of 20-60. These venues are elegant with traditional furnishings and convenient access to the business center, restrooms and Zephyr on the Charles.


This modern room offers 897 square feet of space and can be split into two event spaces. Accommodate up to 30 in a classroom-style layout or 100 for a reception.

Meeting Rooms – Crispus Attucks, William Dawes, Molly Pitcher, Thomas Paine, Haym Soloman

Located on the lower lobby, these meeting rooms provide an abundance of privacy and feature updates to the carpet and wall coverings, as well as improved lighting. Hold a small exhibit in Molly Pitcher. Set up Crispus Attucks in a U-shaped forum for 36. Or use William Dawes’ 1,150 square feet for a 100-person reception.

Paul Revere

This meeting space is the largest room off the main lobby, offering 1,803 square feet of space with custom-designed wall coverings and an adjoining courtyard. It’s the perfect room for an elegant reception or corporate function.
