Group Room Reservations
Your attendees will be able to check availability, book their individual guest room reservations at the negotiated group rate, access hotel and destination information, link back to your registration site and a lot more 24 hours a day, seven days a week plus:
- The confidentiality of secured credit card processing
- E-mail notification of the reservation details and confirmation number to each attendee
- Links to hotel information, location maps and directions, dining and entertainment options, meeting room locations, area attractions and even a slide show of the hotel
1. Book your meeting with ten or more guestrooms.
2. Let your Hyatt sales representative know that you want to create a customized reservation site for your group.
3. Provide your organization or company logo and a link address to your group's registration site.
Here is a list of information you will need to provide to help your hotel set up a customized reservation site for your group:
- Name of Group
- Name of Meeting
- Your Logo (optional)
(Provide a web address where logo can be downloaded or send as an attachment in jpeg/gif/tif file format)
- Your Email Address
(Required for speed and accuracy of project completion)
- Your Name
- Your Title
- Your Phone Number
